Jake Davis State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-dominant Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing opportunities, and growing a book of business. This role is perfect for someone with a strong personality, positive energy, and a natural ability to connect with people while confidently asking for the sale.

You will work with both prospective and existing customers—conducting coverage conversations, identifying protection gaps, and recommending solutions that help customers protect what matters most.

Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
 • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
 • Licensing guidance and support are provided to help you successfully complete the process

Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be a key driver of agency growth. Your focus will be generating new business, conducting coverage reviews, and expanding relationships with existing customers through proactive sales conversations.

This is a production-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building trust quickly, and converting conversations into closed business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that support retention and referrals

Proactively generate new business through outreach, referrals, and follow-up

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Handle customer questions and service needs while maintaining a strong sales focus

Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities to convert sales

Collaborate with team members to achieve office production goals
