Jake Davis State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-dominant Multiline Representative who brings energy, confidence, and a strong personality to every customer interaction. Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
 • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
 • Licensing support and guidance are provided to help you successfully complete the process

Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.

Role Overview

As a Multiline Representative, you will play a key role in agency growth by generating new business and building strong relationships with customers. You will conduct needs-based conversations, identify coverage gaps, and confidently recommend insurance solutions across multiple product lines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Build strong relationships that lead to long-term customers and referrals

Conduct coverage reviews to identify cross-sell opportunities

Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and referral opportunities

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency production goals

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Outgoing personality with confidence in sales conversations

Highly organized with strong follow-up habits

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Ability to obtain required state insurance licenses within the timeline listed above

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
